While running laps is one thing, this exercise will push your power to the limit and improve your anaerobic threshold and really help you dominate the 4th quarter

  2. Improving your strength should not be the goal of an athlete. Increasing the power of an athlete should be the goal. Being powerful athlete is extremely important. Being more powerful will make you stronger but being stronger will not necessarily make you more powerful. Train power to be a powerful athlete
